Mind Bullet® Double Shot (Full Spectrum Extract)
Full spectrum simply means that there are no alkaloids removed from this extract to increase the concentration of mitragynine (MIT). ALL the alkaloids present in the raw leaf are maintained in this extract making the effects more like the leaf: small servings are for stimulation and larger servings are like a sedative. The suggested serving size is half the bottle. You can sip it directly from the bottle, put it in water, or choose a complimentary drink for each flavor to mix together. You should feel the effects in about 15-20 minutes and it lasts for approximately 3-4 hours. There are 2 servings in each bottle.

When using kratom for the first time, it’s best to start with a lower serving size than you think you’ll need and increase slowly with each consecutive serving until you get the desired set of effects. After consuming, give your body at least 60-90 minutes to feel the effects before increasing your serving size.
It is also common to supplement with kratom for 2-3 days and then take 1-2 days without. Some people may choose a different cycle, but it's common to take days off just like you might with caffeine or anything else that your body could grow a tolerance towards.
