Subscription Information
Your subscription begins on the date of your initial payment.
In order to cancel your subscription, please email info@mindbullet.com with with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation” along with the full name that is attached to the subscription. Please note that subscription cancellations are only processed Monday-Friday, 9AM-3PM. Thank you!
Shipping & Delivery Information
When you receive a “Completed Order” email, that means your order will be shipped out either the same or next day.
Orders may take 3-5 business days to process before shipping.
Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Processing and shipping days do not include weekends.
Travel pack orders do not receive a tracking number.
